Konusu : Bir kahin ölüm döşeğinde, gelmiş geçmiş en kötücül insan olan Darken Rahl’ı öldürecek olan, gerçek bir Arayıcının doğacağı kehanetinde bulunur. Darken Rahl, adamlarını gönderip yeni doğan tüm çocukları öldürtse de gerçek Arayıcı olan çocuk, bir büyücü tarafından sınırın diğer tarafına kaçırılır. Arayıcı, aslında kim olduğunu bilmemektedir. 23 yıl sonra bir Confessor, büyücüye gelerek Arayıcı’yı bulmasında yardım etmesini ister… Sonrasında ise olaylar gelişir…
